Each of our group’s have a unique set of circumstances and interests. We listen closely to what it is that you want to achieve and have your group learn, see, taste and enjoy. We don’t provide cookie-cutter itinerary or try to cut costs at the jeopardy of most impactful experience.
Oftentimes, distilleries are booked weeks, months in advance. Larger groups, sizes 8 and more are typically even more challenging to arrange since availability is to limited. But no fear, we have the key relationships needed to make things happen in many instances.
Once we have organized what’s possible…. and leveraged our relationships to have our partners open up availability for our groups that weren’t otherwise possible… we collaborate with you, the group leader to identify the best designed itinerary, specific to your group’s interest.
Once we have verified the ideal itinerary the group, we finalize the details with all of our partners in distilleries, transportation, restaurants, lodging and much more. Time is of the essence since our partners are holding spots for our group but can’t hold for long since demand is so high.
We are in contact with you, the group leader, as you need to be confident. Do you need an on-site coordinator to meet your group on locations and check them in? We can do that. There is no limit of what is possible. If you want it done, we can most likely make it happen!
